Tier Status
To receive Club or Premier Status ("Tier Status") rewards, you must be a Club CITGO member
and
enter your Alt ID when you fuel at a participating CITGO location. All Club CITGO members
qualify for Club Status. Club Status members will receive a 3¢/gal reward on every fill-up,
up
to 30 gallons. This reward can be combined with other available rewards in your Club CITGO
account. Premier Status members will receive a 6¢/gal reward on every fill-up, up to 30
gallons.
This reward can be combined with other available rewards in your Club CITGO account. Premier
Status members purchasing fuel in states where Premier rewards are not available will
receive
Club Status rewards. You must complete 12 qualifying fuel purchases (a "Fill-up") during the
applicable qualification quarter to qualify for Premier Status for the following quarter. A
Fill-up is any fuel purchase at a participating CITGO station in which you enter your Alt ID
and
purchase 8 gallons or more of any grade of fuel. The quarterly cycles are January 1 – March
31
(Q1), April 1 – June 30 (Q2), July 1– September 30 (Q3), and October 1 – December 31 (Q4).
Members can track their qualifying Fill-ups in the Club CITGO mobile app.
Introduction Qualification Period and Benefit Quarter for NEW members:
New members that sign up for the Club CITGO program will be given Club Status upon account
registration and be assigned an Introduction Qualification Period. The Introduction
Qualification Period will consist of the remainder of the current qualification quarter AND
the
following qualification quarter. Upon earning Premier Status, the member will receive
Premier
Status benefits for the rest of the Introduction Period and the following benefit period.
After
the member’s applicable Introduction Period is over, the member will fall into the
Qualification
Quarters for existing members.
Qualification Quarter and Benefit Quarter for EXISTING members:
The quarterly cycles for Qualification and Benefit Quarters are calendar-based: January 1 –
March 31 (Q1), April 1 – June 30 (Q2), July 1– September 30 (Q3), and October 1 – December
31
(Q4).

Existing Club CITGO members will be assigned status based on their qualifying Fill-ups during
the
Qualification Quarter. The Qualification Quarter to determine your status for the next
benefit
quarter will be the prior quarter. If at any time in your Qualification Quarter you meet the
requirements of a higher tier, you will be upgraded to the higher tier for the rest of the
current quarter and you will remain at the higher tier through the next quarter. If you do
not
maintain that status in your next quarter, your status will downgrade to the tier you
qualify
for.
